DIE CASTING
An important part of the RIMA Group, the Die Casting Division was created to meet the demand for magnesium and aluminum alloy castings and machined parts from the automotive and related sectors
RIMA Industrial has a unique process for the production of die casting parts utilizing a fully vertical structure where molten metal and injected parts are produced in the same facility, optimizing workflow, costs and synergy.
RIMA owns one of the largest magnesium die casting plants in the world. Our process involves the production of primary metal, transport of molten metal and internal recycling of foundry returns, ensuring energy savings and reducing production costs.
The die-casting plant has fully automated production cells, ensuring the necessary stability of the process, high productivity and quality of the final products.
Special attention is given to the rigorous quality control of the process, guaranteeing the supply to our customers of die casting parts with assured quality, competitive prices and strict delivery deadlines.
Seeking to create value added products and meeting new industry trends, the die casting division also has machining and assembly capabilities. Current developments and investments are focused on supplying powertrain and structural components to the automotive industry. RIMA is also creating components to the cycling, utilities and lighting industry thus serving a diverse end-user base with the highest quality products.
